Write a program called usFlag.bas which displays the following menu to the user:Pick a color:
1 - Red
2 - White (white on black)
3 - Blue
Use a SELECT CASE to decide what to display.
1: Red: hardiness and valor
2: White: purity and innocence (white on black)
3: Blue: vigilance, perseverance, and justice
